Product Prices:
  • Are NET, quoted in ZAR & are EXW Alpine Industrial Park, Fairleads, Benoni
  • Prices exclude VAT
Export Prices:
  • Prices quoted are to Incoterm EXW and in ZAR (South African Rands)
Price Fluctuations:
  • Subject to increases as and when required
Price Fluctuations:
  • All invoices are payable NET thirty (30) days from date of statement with on going approved credit as B&N may determine.
  • Any payment made by cheque is subject to a 10 working day clearance, which may affect the delivery / despatch date
  • Any payment made by EFT is subject to a 3 working day clearance.
 
Consent of Jurisdiction:
  • The client hereby consents to the jurisdiction of the appropriate magistrates court with regard to any claims arising notwithstanding that the value of the claim might otherwise exceed the jurisdiction of the magistrates court.
 
Delivery:
  • B&N have appointed reliable logistics agents, and all deliveries are charged at that company’s national charge-out rate.
  • Customers reserve the right to nominate freight or transportation agents of their choice.
