In response to requests from the worlds market, Barker & Nelson has created a new extended Rotary Handle range for the
entire SIEMENS range of MCCB's.
This solution combines local adaptability while still maintaining international
quality standards, in line with our customer satisfaction philosophy.
DESCRIPTION
DAROS is a Robust, Door Mounted Extended Rotary Handle
system.
It is suitable for use on all NEMA rated enclosures with the
exception of NEMA 6.
The Rotary Handle meets with the following International External
Protection Specifications:
IP 65: Degree of protection in accordance with IEC 60529
IK 08: Protection Index against mechanical shock to IEC 62262
NFPA 79: Installation conformance in respect of
External Rotary
Handle & padlock facility (National Fire ProtectionAgency).

Padlock facility in OFF position for three padlocks with Maximum 8mm & Minimum 6mm diameter shank. The further
use of a B&N Safety Lock Out Caliper which facilitates 6
padlocks with max 8mm shank diameter can further enhance
operational safety of equipment.
